In a spectacular showdown at WrestleMania 39, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn emerged victorious over The Usos to clinch their first-ever tag team reign in their careers. The match took place at The Showcase of Immortals in Los Angeles, California, and was broadcasted live on Peacock and WWE Network.

The physical exchange between Jey Uso and Sami Zayn kicked off the intense match, with Jey dominating initially with his aggressive punches. However, Sami fought back and managed to relieve K.O., who then landed several blows on both Usos and Moonsaults from the top rope.

Sami Zayn showed his resilience as he took on the champions and allowed himself to land a Uso Splash on Jimmy, followed by his Blue Thunderbomb. Despite receiving a One Day with his partner through the commentary table, Sami refused to surrender to the count of three and went ahead with an Exploder to relieve his partner.

In the final moments, Sami landed three Helluva Kicks on Jey, sealing the deal for the team and securing the WWE Unified Tag Team Championships.

This victory marks a significant milestone for Kevin Owens, who not only won the Tag Team Championships but also takes home the Triple Crown (for winning the Universal and Intercontinental title) and the Grand Slam (for the United States) titles.

On the other hand, The Usos finish their reign of over 620 days with the SmackDown title and 311 days with the RAW title, with eight unified defenses. The Bloodline members unified both pairs of belts on May 20, adding an eighth reign as a tag team to their accolades, after defeating former red show champions RK-Bro.

Overall, the match was an enthralling display of athleticism, strength, and resilience, and fans worldwide can’t wait to see what’s next for the new Tag Team Champions.
