Sean Ross Sapp from Fightful and Dave Meltzer from Wrestling Observer confirmed that Vince McMahon is pulling the strings in the locker room and is the visible head of the WWE creative team. The management had hinted that he would only be part of the creativity in big decisions. However, Vince McMahon was back to his old ways as he made a large number of changes to the script of Monday Night Raw.
Meltzer states on Wrestling Observer Radio “Paul will be the creative head. So he’ll be doing the heavy lifting and all that. Vince will have the final say on everything.” Meltzer also confirmed that all of Raw’s plans changed before the show began and changes continued to be made while the show was on the air.
